She Sparkles

Some girls were just born to sparkle, and freelance makeup artist Jasmine Hoffman is one of those girls! I mean, just look at her in these stunning photographs by Ainsley Rose Photography! She literally brought the Tutu and the Fru – love it!

“Coming up to my 32nd birthday, and on my new beginnings path after a year of heartbreak, divorce, and major life changes, I came out wiser and with more sparkle than ever!

I chose The Cross in Yaletown for my shoot, because it’s my most fave place in the city to get lost in all things I love. Chandeliers, vintage tea cups and millions of candles is my idea of heaven!

I asked Hannah, of Little Pink Dress, to make me a Carrie Bradshaw inspired blush tutu for my birthday, and of course, I had to be covered in Elsa Corsi jewels.

The beautiful floral arrangements in mercury glass vases from Gloria atThe Flower Factory‘s, and the lovely balloon with frill in gold and white from Amy of Confetti & Co, made my birthday shoot so special! I’m so blessed to have such amazing and talented friends!

Ainsley was a doll to shoot with. She made me laugh and I think captured the essence of my personality just perfectly.”
